Hi, I’m Margaret

I create online learning experiences where I take complex topics and distill them down into their essence—so users can gain the skills they need to do their jobs better, at the time they need it.

I’ve worked in the L&D field for 15+ years in a variety of industries, and in large and small organizations. In all cases, it was to educate and upskill employees as well as customers on our products and services. My forte is developing learning experiences that are technical in nature. Let's talk so we can create learning experiences that matter!

When eLearning Is Not the Solution

Sometimes you can get a request for training that has no business as an eLearning course. See how I navigated the experience.
